With Covid still on the rise across the UK and having a huge impact on dining we are taking the opportunity to look at our lessons learned over the last 4 months and not only work on building our production and retail outlets but making some exciting changes to the parlour on Sadler Gate. These include bringing our Pyclet Bakery down on to the ground floor, extending the ground floor kitchen and going back to our Market Hall style having an open bakery with the history of the products displayed prominently throughout the parlour. February will also see the introduction of our merchandise and the final release of our recipe book in the store! |
