Gluten & Dairy Free

At Derby Pyclet Parlour while our products are not certified gluten free we take the utmost care in baking, packing and preparing our gluten and dairy free pyclets.

All of our gluten and dairy free pyclets are made first thing in the morning after a deep clean including all of our equipment and grills. Our gluten free flour is stored seperately and none of our sealed flour boxes are opened before our gluten free products are sealed in packets
